Top Skills
• 3+ years of hands-on Tableau Dashboard development (or other BI tool, but Tableau is heavily preferred)
• Expertise with Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Description: The GSO Analytics Reporting Analyst supports the Client Realty Services (CRS) division by leading the requirements gathering, design, and development of reports and dashboards for internal CRS customers.
The Successful Candidate Will
• Communicate with internal users to define and document requirements
• Work with internal client relationship managers to validate report requirements and maximize accuracy of resulting data
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to enable dynamic decision-making
• Serve as an expert in best practices and advise teams
Key Responsibilities
• Design dashboards to meet the needs of internal users from initial requirement gathering to implementation.
• Contribute ideas based on a strong technical base of knowledge related to dashboard/report design experience.
• Assess and analyze data from disparate systems, forming relationships that provide relevant insights to management enabling strategic decision-making.
• Work effectively across internal CRS teams/partners as well as external vendors to ensure efforts are fully understood, risks are mitigated, and deliverables meet requirements.
Knowledge/Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on dashboard creation with information management teams utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) platforms such as Tableau.
• Experience with data visualization, data integrations, IWMS software, or Archibus is a plus.
