Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design and implement advanced AI solutions tailored to legal document analysis and case management systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI models, particularly integrated within C# applications, to support the Superior Court's requirements.
Develop solutions for legal document processing and analysis using local Large Language Models (LLMs).
Research and evaluate the latest AI technologies to enhance the court's operations and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with ethical AI use and address considerations specific to public service and legal applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

Desirable Qualifications:

Proven experience with local Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in legal document analysis.
Familiarity with Odyssey and eCourt case management systems.
Hands-on experience in the legal sector, especially working with legal documents or environments.
Knowledge of ethical AI practices within public service or legal domains.
Prior experience working on government contracts or projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of legal document analysis processes.
Understanding of public service workflows and legal documentation protocols.
