Project: The team is doing transformations and then creating reconciliation work

Reporting Analyst General Job Requirements (5 yrs+ exp):
• As part of the Finance Transformation efforts, the Reporting Analyst will evaluate opportunities to simplify and improve the financial reporting process
• Participate in future state reporting workshops, analyze use cases, and advise on Reporting solutions aligned with financial reporting best practices
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to build prototype reporting wireframes for report developers
• Perform basic data analysis for reporting and document data requirements
• Strong knowledge of financial statement reporting (Insurance industry experience preferred)
• Experience with Oracle financials is a plus
