Our Network Control team have an excited opportunity for you to join as our Performance & Analytics Specialist. .The main base of this role is Coventry.

For this role it is essential that you can create Power BI reports

In this role you’ll be responsible for reviewing and developing existing assurance processes as well as prepare us for the new AMP 8 measures. You will also act as a Performance and insights specialist across multiple ODI's working closely with many different stakeholders.

Some of our key accountabilities will include:

Support the development of a short-, medium- and long-term plan and metrics for improving the ODI performance of Network Control.
Responsible for reviewing, analysing and tracking results, improving data integrity and developing improvement plans based on the data.
Contribute to and constructively challenge any poor performing aspects of the end-to-end process. Constantly strive for more efficient and cost effective ways of delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a first point of contact for reporting and in depth analysis across all key areas of responsibility.
Take the lead in driving continuous improvement in reporting / MI provision to the business
Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of data – implementing processes to improve data quality
Support creation of business change deliverables that achieve target outcomes.
Utilise company best practices such as SBF tools and techniques to support and lead change initiatives
Work with Strat & Reg to develop efficient assurance processes that maximise our ODI potential
Ensuring compliance to processes through supporting teams and acting as a key point of contact
Help the operational teams ‘self-serve’ by developing fit for purpose solutions and empowering colleagues through assisting developing their analytical and data skills.

In order to succeed in this role, our ideal candidate will be well conversed in simplifying the most complex ideas and situations to their audience so they are instantly clear.

Having experience of making educated judgements and decisions in the face of ambiguity and under time pressure along with demonstrating high levels of collaboration, personal resilience and maturity would be essential also.
