Job Description:

Review TCAPPS business system configuration which will include but is not limited to:
• Lead the All-Activity Query Development
• Design, Test and Build Queries to assist with business process improvement.
• Coordinate the necessary development of additional reports and/or queries as needed.
• Assist with re-engineering or develop processes necessary for efficient use of the CAPPS Financial system.
• Working with business customers to gather requirements for the system and/or process improvements and report development.
• Prepare detailed documentation in support of any of the activities listed above as requested by management.
• Complete full range of testing as needed.

Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with CAPPS Business Process Design/Redesign/Reingineering best practices
• Experience with Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement
• Experience with the development of various reporting mechanisms
• Experience with ERP/CAPPS Financials/PeopleSoft in Texas
• Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• CAPPS GL, Commitment Control, Purchasing,E-Procurement, AP,Cash Receipts, Inv, Assets and Grants
• Query and Reporting Development with CAPPS
• Experience with the All-Activity Query Logic in CAPPS
