• Disaster recovery and backup: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, including routine backups, failover strategies, and periodic testing of recovery processes.
• Stay current with industry regulations: Keep up to date with the latest industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization’s infrastructure remains secure and compliant.

Required Skills
• Cloud infrastructure management: Proven experience in managing and scaling infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• CI/CD pipelines: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools to automate build and deployment processes.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Proficiency in tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, or similar for automating infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Security and compliance: Strong understanding of security best practices and the ability to implement policies that ensure secure deployment and operation of cloud environments.
• Monitoring and alerting tools: Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog to track infrastructure health and performance.
• Version control systems: Familiarity with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Scripting and automation: Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automating operational tasks.

Bonus Skills
• Familiarity with ISO standards: Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 27001, or other regulatory standards relevant to the medical device industry and experience implementing security policies in line with those requirements.
• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.
• Azure Security Center: Experience with Azure Security Center and Azure Policy to manage compliance, security configurations, and threat detection.
• Database management: Knowledge of managing databases in the cloud, including backups, performance optimization, and security practices.
