Job Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) (Initial 4 months of contract then full time with client)

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Database Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SSIS integration, as well as proficiency in Python and SQL programming. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient databases to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement database solutions using SQL Server and SSIS.

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.

Develop data integration solutions using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data.

Write and maintain Python scripts for data processing and automation tasks.

Monitor and maintain database performance, security, and integrity.

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.

Document database designs, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Database Developer with expertise in SSIS, Python, and SQL.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.

Experience with SSIS for ETL processes and data integration.

Solid understanding of Python programming and scripting.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.

Knowledge of data modeling and database normalization.

Experience with version control systems like Git.
