Opus are currently recruiting for a Data Project Manager for a large Data Migration for a new billing and CRM platform. This will be from multiple existing platforms into Microsoft Fabric. Experience in this domain will be looked upon favourably. Experience working with a backup solution will also be highly desirable!
The workstreams that will fall under your ownership:
• Billing data extract from Rapid
• CRM data extract from MS Dynamics
• OwnBackup setup and Salesforce data extract
• Salesforce data backup/archival/purge using OwnBackup
• Microsoft Fabric design and setup
• Establish appropriate security model for solution
• Operational Data Store (ODS) design and creation (including data model) on Azure SQL DB; data deletion solution setup in line with retention policies
• CRM data load into Azure SQL DB
• Billing data load into Azure SQL DB
• Salesforce incremental data loads into Azure SQL DB using Azure Data Factory
• Data extract from Legacy systems merging into Salesforce. ETL to Azure SQL DB
• Assessment of reporting requirements
• Building reports, testing and transition into support
