Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and articulate a comprehensive data strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the overall data strategy and architecture for the organization.

Design and develop data models, schemas, and data pipelines to support various business applications and analytics needs.

Lead the selection and implementation of data warehousing and data lake technologies.

Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the data ecosystem.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Guide and mentor junior data professionals.

Stay ahead of emerging data technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL, Azure and ETL.

Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data architectures, including data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses.

Experience in optimizing data storage, processing, and retrieval for performance and scalability.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users.

Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to solving complex data-related challenges.

Ability to lead and mentor junior data professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 12 months

Pay: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
