Title: ThoughtSpot Developer/SME

Location: Peoria, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Pay Range: $75-$80/hr. on W2

Job Overview:

Join a team dedicated to modernizing critical reporting tools to enhance business operations. This role focuses on developing and optimizing ThoughtSpot solutions, improving data visualization for machine sales, orders, inventory, and forecasting, and supporting essential functions that drive key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize ThoughtSpot solutions tailored to business needs.
• Build and maintain data views and ETL processes.
• Utilize Snowflake for data modeling and efficient data management.
• Conducted workshops and created ThoughtSpot live boards for enhanced data visualization.
• Train and mentor team members on ThoughtSpot functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support ThoughtSpot-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Contribute to the modernization of reporting tools and processes.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience
• Associate's or no degree with 14+ years of experience
• Master’s degree with 7-8 years of experience

Technical Skills:
• Proven experience in ThoughtSpot development or as a ThoughtSpot SME.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data view creation.
• 1-2 years of experience with Snowflake data modeling.
• Familiarity with Cognos (preferred).
• Experience building worksheets and live boards in ThoughtSpot.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
