About the Role:
A leading gaming studio is seeking a Data Scientist to provide insights into player behaviour, marketing strategies, and ROI for key initiatives. You will work with SQL, Python, and predictive modelling to support data-driven decisions for a free-to-play game.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse SQL and Python-based datasets to generate insights.
• Assess the impact of seasonal events (e.g., Halloween) on revenue.
• Develop predictive models to forecast player engagement and monetisation trends.
• Measure ROI on board-driven initiatives and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and game development teams to optimise strategies.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Background in predictive modelling and marketing analytics.
• Understanding of gaming industry data and player behaviour.
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
