Role description

Our healthcare client is undergoing a major digital transformation, and they are looking for a Technical Data Analyst to help take their member-facing experiences to the next level.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can bridge the gap between business and tech, and is excited about creating meaningful digital experiences in the healthcare space.

What You’ll Do:

   • Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to re-platform and redesign the member portal experience.

   • Act as the liaison between digital strategy and technical execution—fluent in “tech talk” without needing to code.

   • Identify opportunities to enhance authenticated digital experiences and contribute to defining product outcomes.

   • Help guide the translation of business needs into clear technical requirements.

   • Navigate migration activities (including large-scale data migrations) with clarity and attention to detail.

   • Stay organized and communicative while juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

   • Take ownership over product experience and ensure user needs are always top of mind.

What You Bring:

   • High-level understanding of digital platforms and systems—particularly in customer-facing environments.

   • Experience contributing to digital transformation projects and/or re-platforming efforts.

   • A confident, curious mindset—comfortable asking questions and “putting yourself out there.”

   • Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

   • A healthcare background is a strong plus, especially if you’ve worked on authenticated user experiences or handled sensitive member data.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

  1. Digital experience expertise — especially related to authenticated member/user portals.

  1. Strong stakeholder communication — translating business needs into tech requirements.

  1. Experience supporting migration activities — ideally within complex digital environments.

Bonus:

   • Experience in healthcare or health insurance industries.

   • Familiarity with product thinking—comfortable talking about desired outcomes and how to get there.
