What You Will Do

: Requirements gathering across operations to identify improvement opportunities and project scoping.

: Prioritise projects for delivery based on the latest data to build the roadmap for digital transformation.

: Manage day:to:day project activities, including running workshops with operational and technical stakeholders.

: Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with the Digital team.

: Lead the implementation of data analytics and digital tools within Logistics Operations.

: Mentor junior colleagues and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

: Proven experience in Supply Chain / Logistics, with hands:on experience in data analysis.

: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Visualisation Platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

: Familiarity with Supply Chain Systems such as ERP/MRP and logistics systems.

: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present data to technical and non:technical audiences.

: A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience, with a passion for technology and innovation.
