About the Role: Our Global client is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Engineer to join our Global Data Transformation project. This role is pivotal in driving our data strategy and ensuring the seamless integration and transformation of data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, advanced SQL, Python, Snowflake/Azure, and Oracle Essbase.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement data integration and transformation processes using advanced SQL, Python, and Snowflake/Azure.
• Optimize and manage data storage solutions, including Oracle Essbase.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide technical support.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Azure data platforms.
• Experience with Oracle Essbase.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with big data technologies and tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
