Description
The Sr. Analyst Tech Operations involvement in projects will be interpreting data, report builds, report optimization, SQL optimization, analyzing results using statistical techniques in projects related to the organizations internal financial strategy, network strategy, rebates and more.
• Will be main point of contact in working with IT day-to-day operations
• Will track and report monthly on report and SQL perfromance
• Will be responsible for organizing the submission of medical rebates
• Will work alone and in groups to collaboratively solve business problems and develop the functionality our business clients demand
• Perform required work on assignments with little or no direction and on a timely basis.
• Assist in other areas of network and pricing builds as needed
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within large complex data sets
• Experience working with data warehouses a plus
• Multi-tasking – need to be able to address multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical team members
• Experience working in a team environment
Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements
To be a part of the team you must meet or exceed the following requirements:
• 3+ years analytics experience
• 3+ SSRS/PowerBi Paginated Report experience
• 5+ years Microsoft SQL (T-SQL)
• Must Have Advanced skillset
• Script Optimization
• Stored Procedure/ View Creation
• Successful experience with working from home or remote
• BS/BA degree or higher
• Able to work independently with minimal management oversight
Preferred Skills
• 3+ years of PBM experience
• Experience with pharmacy contracting and network build
• 3+ years of Microsoft Excel, etc...
• 2+ years Power Platform experience
• Attention to detail
• Well organized
• Confident in their abilities
• Assertive, but not aggressive or arrogant
• A great team player
