

Sr. ClarityPPM Developer
Sr. ClarityPPM Developer – Contract – Remote – $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Sr. ClarityPPM Developer for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
KEY POINTS:
• Experience developing on the Broadcom Clarity platform, including XOGing, GEL scripting, Jasper report development, process and job experience.
• Primary experience as a software developer, not an architect or technical consultant
• Sr. level, able to drive direction under the oversight of the lead developer
Functions:
• Design, develops, tests enhancements to Clarity configuration and integrations on the T&D Clarity instance.
• Design and create packages, stored procedures, views, indexes, and relevant database objects.
• Support custom requests and inquiries that require configuration to user interface, database queries, reports, portlets etc.
• Supports test cycles through implementation of enhancements as needed.
• Utilize Clarity Studio components like objects, portlets, processes, lookups, and PPM add-ins to develop solutions.
• Interface with business users and stakeholders to evaluate and identify functional and technical requirements.
• Plan coordinate activities for environment maintenance, data refreshes, product patches, and product upgrades.
• Create documentation for deployment and support activities.
• Ensure integrity of client development, change management, and security policies.
• Oversees final checks and releases code to production; validates and signs off on runbooks steps, test plans etc.
Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in design, development, and implementation of enhancements across all Clarity PPM technical and functional modules including:
• GEL Scripting, XOG processing, Data Marts, Time slices, NSQL, all other Clarity Studio Customizations
• Clarity Portlet Development
• JasperSoft Report Development
• SOAP
• SQL and PL/SQL including but not limited to design and creating packages, stored procedures, views, indexes, and all relevant database objects
• Oracle DBA
• Clarity administration.
• Proven experience supporting Clarity PPM upgrade/implementation 16.0.0 or higher in a web-based hosted SaaS environment.
• Prior experience supporting configurations, enhancements, and customizations in Clarity PPM ModernUX.
• Prior experience working on an agile delivery team.
• Experience with unit testing, functional testing, and deployment activities that include coordination of activities from more than one team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration with teams to produce quality work.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.
Pluses, nice to haves?
• GITHUB for source control, JIRA, RPA
• Prior experience with Clarity and SAP integrations.
• Experience in supporting large-scale businesses and time entry systems.
