-10+ years of Data Architecture experience
-3+ years of Streaming Data Solutioning experience
-Hands-on experience designing and implementing Kafka-based streaming solutions
-Expertise in Apache Flink (SaaS), such as DataStream, AWS Managed Service for Apache Flink
-Strong knowledge of monitoring & observability for streaming data platforms
-Ability to develop POC/POT (Proof of Concept/Technology)
- Experience evaluating technologies for functional & non-functional capabilities
