About Us:

We’re building software that powers the exchange of critical data between businesses and their partners. From benefits enrollment to payroll feeds, we’re the behind-the-scenes team making data move accurately and efficiently. Our platform connects to countless vendors and APIs, and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and client collaboration—someone who can write clean, reusable code while managing relationships with both vendors and clients.

What You’ll Do:

   • Build and maintain data pipelines ("feeds") using Python, Django, and React (primarily Python).

   • Integrate with a wide range of APIs and file specifications from external vendors and systems.

   • Design modular and reusable logic to avoid reinventing the wheel—DRY is the name of the game.

   • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions.

   • Work cross-functionally with both client teams and vendor teams to troubleshoot issues and drive successful outcomes.

   • Take ownership of solutions from concept to delivery—and beyond.

   • Develop a deep understanding of how our software ties into the business goals of our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

   • A seasoned veteran in the software space or someone starting out of the gates!

   • Strong skills in Python

   • Experience with data integrations, APIs, and file formats like CSV, JSON, XML, EDI, fixed-width.

   • A systems thinker who can design scalable, maintainable solutions.

   • Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to clients, translating technical speak into business language, and vice versa.

   • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

   • An interest in not just building code—but in understanding why the code matters for the business and our clients.

Nice to Haves:

   • Experience with benefits administration, payroll systems, or HR tech.

   • Prior client-facing engineering or solutions architect experience.

   • Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based environments.

   • Django/React Experience

Why Join Us?

   • Collaborative team: We value people who are curious, communicative, and collaborative.

   • Growth: As we scale, so will your opportunities.
