Bright Purple are recruiting two Contract Snowflake Data Engineers to join a brand new project at the heart of one of the world’s most exciting data research firms. In this role, you will work closely with developers, data engineers, and product owners across the business to design, build and deliver powerful data solutions.

This role is an important addition to the team – as they are looking for a Snowflake SME to support the project, and a big preference is for candidates who can be on-site in Edinburgh 2-3 days per week.

Key Experience / Skills

Snowflake (i.e. Data Cloud, Data Exchange, Snowflake SQL)

Ideally Snowflake certified i.e. SnowPro Core

AWS (Redshift, Lambdas, EC2, Glue, Athena)

Python/PySpark

DBT

Data Pipelines

Data Architecture
