About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Python/TypeScript Engineer with a strong sense of ownership to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with traders and engineers to develop and maintain trading systems, financial data pipelines, and analytics tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is eager to shape the future of financial technology.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain software solutions using Python, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Build tools for managing and analyzing financial and trading data.
• Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability in trading environments.
• Leverage Git, DevOps practices, and PaaS solutions to deploy and manage applications effectively.
• Take full ownership of projects, from ideation to implementation and maintenance.
Our Ideal Candidate
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience (more is better).
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript (ideally both).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.
• Solid understanding of Git for version control.
• Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
• Experience in crypto, finance, or trading.
• Genuine interest in FinTech and investment technology.
• Exposure to ETL pipelines, data engineering, or analytics workflows.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with PaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Understanding of trading systems or financial market mechanics.
