

Senior Pricing Analyst
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst (6-Month Contract) for a remote role. Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to cover a six-month maternity leave. Reporting to the Director of Pricing Strategy, you will play a key role in reviewing non-standard pricing requests, building simple profit models, and partnering closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Finance, and Corporate Development. Key Tasks:
• Review & approve Pricing Proposals: Evaluate non-standard requests from Sales and Relationship Management, providing timely approval or feedback based on established guidelines
• Profit Modeling: Build and maintain simple Excel models to quantify the financial impact of custom pricing options for our large accounts
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage Salesforce and Excel to track pricing queues, analyze historical data, and surface insights that inform pricing strategy
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Finance, Sales Operations, Corporate Development) to validate assumptions, ensure data accuracy, and communicate pricing rationale
• Stakeholder Presentations: Clearly convey complex financial information-both in writing and in brief presentations-to various audiences, including sales or leadership groups

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years in finance, pricing analysis, or financial analysis roles
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Familiarity with Sales Operations or FP&A workflows
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; Comfortable presenting to internal teams
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive and flexible-able to juggle multiple requests under tight timelines
• Collaborative approach and customer-service orientation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
