

Senior PeopleSoft Financials Developer – ERP Upgrade Project (W2 Candidates Only)
We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Financials Developer to join a dynamic ERP upgrade team focused on enhancing and maintaining a major organization’s PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 platform. The role involves coding, debugging, testing, and integrating various ERP components while ensuring alignment with business and reporting requirements.
This role demands a sharp communicator who excels in a collaborative, remote work environment and is open to working off-hours during critical phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, modify, and troubleshoot existing code to support ERP requirements
• Create and maintain technical design documentation
• Integrate and test new software components in the PeopleSoft ERP environment
• Support REST/SOAP integrations and backend data processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements
Must-Have Skills:
• 8+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 development experience
• Strong command of PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, SQR, COBOL
• Expertise in Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and RHEL scripting
• Experience with Oracle Database 19g
• Proficient in BI Publisher, PS Queries, AWE, and technical documentation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
• Familiarity with SharePoint Lists
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with State of Texas CPA CAPPS Financials Baseline
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules like GL, AP, PO, ePro, SCM, SS
• Experience using Scrum methodology and Jira for tracking tasks
