The Senior Marketing Analyst Contractor will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable market analysis and customer insights, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing data-driven decision-making across teams. This flexible role is ideal for a skilled professional seeking dynamic and impactful work within a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do in this role

●     Works on client-facing projects, quickly analyzing client data to recommend strategies for success while communicating insights clearly.

●     Tracks, reports, and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns, fulfilling ad-hoc analytic requests and automating regular reports, to improve efficiency.

●     Turns market and customer data into clear insights with examples to guide strategic decisions.

●     Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.

●     Manage paid social media campaigns (including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with a focus on driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.

●     Optimize budgets and bids across campaigns, ensuring effective allocation to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

●     Serves as the subject matter expert on customer and market data, collaborating with advertising, branding, and product development teams.

●     Leverages advanced analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Adobe Analytics) to interpret external and internal customer data, providing insights that enhance user experiences and marketing outcomes.

●     Evaluates customers’ online behaviors, identifying trends and opportunities to improve the digital experience and conversion rates.

●     Designs, executes, and analyzes A/B and multivariate tests to optimize marketing strategies, communicating results and actionable recommendations.

●     Prepares compelling presentations (e.g., PowerPoint decks) to share market and consumer insights with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales departments.

Required qualifications:

●     Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline).

●     5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a focus on driving data-informed decisions.

●     Proficiency in advanced analytics and statistical methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, digital attribution, and campaign performance assessment.

●     Experience in building and automating management-level reports.

●     Advanced skills in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Access.

●     Familiarity with web analytics and optimization tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manager.

●     Proficiency in data visualization platforms like Tableau or similar tools.
