Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented AI/ML Architect with extensive DevOps experience for client project delivery teams. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to drive innovation and deliver business value for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to develop and deploy AI/ML models and applications.

Must Have Skills:
5 years of relevant hands-on experience
Experience on both traditional ML and Deep Learning
Implemented use cases involving complex Gen AI and AI usage:
Advanced RAG
Finetuning
Optimization
Agentic approaches (simple LLM integrations in chatbot or basic RAG will not be sufficient)
Strong experience with at least one of the hyperscalars (GCP, Azure, AWS)
Model pipeline creation, deployment and maintenance
Understanding of containerization, security, architectural design patterns
Good to Have:
GenAI MLE: OpenAI, Langchain, VectorDBs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
