Senior HR Data Analyst (407149)

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. HR Data Analyst:

• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards using data visualization best practices

• Collaborate with HR partners and functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable HR analytics projects

• Ensure data quality and integrity across various HR data sources

• Prepare and stage data for analysis, including data wrangling, cleaning, transforming, merging, and modeling

• This is a 3-month contract position with a high likelihood of extension

Required Skills for Sr. HR Data Analyst:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in data and analytics

• In-depth experience with Power BI (DAX, modeling, measures, automation)

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and understanding of data security and privacy
