Job Description:

Sansar Tec's Client is seeking an experienced Oracle ODI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) ETL processes, ensuring seamless data integration and reporting capabilities. The role requires working closely with users, understanding complex data models, troubleshooting database queries, and supporting Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). This position also demands strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and a commitment to excellence in data management.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) ETL processes and data models.

Work closely with business users to define, specify, and implement complex reports.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex database queries and data integration issues.

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and procedures.

Implement and support Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Document processes, technical specifications, and end-user documentation.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to peers and subordinates.

Lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and communicate project updates effectively.

Ensure adherence to best practices in ETL development, data integration, and data governance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data integration and analytics.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with at least two (2) of the following technologies:

Structured Query Language (SQL), such as Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL

Oracle RDBMS development (supported versions) or SQL Server development supported versions).

Business Analysis.

Project Management.

2+ years of experience working with users to define, specify, and implement complex reports.

Ability to understand complex data models and design/troubleshoot database queries.

2+ years of experience working with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

3+ years of experience developing and supporting ODI ETL processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to plan, organize, and lead meetings.

Ability to document processes and technical details for diverse user backgrounds.

Excellent work ethics, integrity, and the ability to learn new technologies.

Flexibility to work on multiple assignments with changing priorities while maintaining schedules and budgets.
