Senior Data Consultant
Duration: 6 month contract (extensions likely but based on performance)
Location: fully remote
Pay Range: $50-60/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Requirements:
• Consulting background experience
• Experience with BIG Data Sets (10 million+ rows)
• Strong experience with SQL queries
• Exceptional skills within Excel
• Power BI Queries & building out Power BI Dashboards
• Ability to build out Jira boards/adjust Jira boards
• High level background in Data Science: degree, exposure, etc.
Plusses:
• Experience with Posit RStudio (moving to this from Power Bi)
Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Consultant to support a large health care client of ours. They will be handling a level of complex data analytic work within Big Data (10 million + rows). They will be expected to handle index matches under various conditions and handle duplicate rule checks for various member procedures. Majority of this work will be done through SQL & Excel. This resource will also be expected to be involved within Power BI Dashboard build outs (but please note, will be moving to Posit RStudio soon). It’s crucial this resource understands Big Data and the limitations of excel when it comes to heavy data sets. This member will be working closely with the data science team as well.
