The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to play a key role in our Net Zero strategy, using data to optimize energy efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, and support sustainability initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that help shape our green policies and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert analysis of carbon/net zero/decarbonisation data, to inform both delivery direction and net zero forecasting and planning.

Organise and transform information into comprehensible structures.

Use data mining to extract information from data sets and draw valid references, using mathematical and statistical approaches.

Use of building performance and energy data (including generation) to undertake analysis and make recommendations to internal Hub colleagues and client organisations.

Develop and maintain robust complex spreadsheets/models to collect and analyse financial and operational data (this could be used to support the development of business cases and benefits tracking mechanisms).

Monitor data quality, ensuring accuracy of the data and removing any corrupt data.

Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as dashboards, diagrams and graphs.
