Role : Senior Data Analyst with Qliksense

Location : Bay Area, CA (Remote)

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

● 8+ years of experience in end-to-end data management (governance, quality,

warehousing, BI, and data science).

● Deep understanding of applying data to strategic planning processes.

● 5+ years managing enterprise-grade business data, particularly in financial or HR

domains for strategic roadmap planning

● 5+ years in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and integration across enterprise applications and

RDBMS/big data systems.

● 5+ years of experience in Visualization tools like Qlik Sense development, with a strong

understanding of data modeling, scripting, and visualization principles.

● Strong experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL/NoSQL, and advanced data

technologies (Databricks, Spark, AWS, Snowflake, etc.).

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude toward

complex challenges.

Bonus Skills

● Knowledge of Python / R for building custom data processing scripts or integrating

machine learning models.

● Familiarity with building or deploying machine learning models, allowing for deeper data

analysis and prediction capabilities within the BI framework.

● Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection regulations, ensuring

that data handling practices meet legal standards.

● Experience with data encryption, access control, and general data security best

practices, particularly in sensitive or regulated industries
