Job Introduction
Are you a data-driven storyteller with a passion for uncovering marketing effectiveness? We’re seeking a Principal Data Analyst (Media Insight) – Maternity Cover to lead our in-house Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-impact role, driving insight-led decision-making for our marketing and media strategies.
Main Responsibilities
• Own and execute end-to-end Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects to measure the impact of media investments.
• Analyse large datasets, uncovering actionable insights that optimize marketing performance.
• Develop statistical models to assess ROI across media channels, providing strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Data Science teams to translate complex data into business intelligence.
• Ensure best practices in data processing, model validation, and reporting.
Are you the right candidate
• Proven experience in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and media analytics.
• Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, or similar for data analysis.
• A background in statistics, econometrics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to translate complex models into actionable insights.
• Experience in marketing/media data sources (e.g., digital attribution, ad spend analysis).
• Media/Media agency background is preferred.
