We are seeking a Senior PowerBI Developer to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a hands-on development role with some leadership responsibilities, working directly under the PowerBI Architect/Manager. The selected candidate will assist in leading a team of two PowerBI Developers based in Argentina and must be bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with them.

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Act as the primary point person for the Argentina development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
β’ Perform code validation and quality assurance for PowerBI models developed by the team.
β’ Develop, maintain, and optimize data models for business intelligence applications.
β’ Assist in the construction of a data warehouse (DW) over time.
β’ Maintain and improve technical documentation for PowerBI reports, datasets, and processes.
β’ Ensure project delivery aligns with company objectives and data governance standards.
β’ Provided guidance and mentoring to junior developers when needed.
β’ Technical Requirements:
β’ Expert-level PowerBI development skills, including DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.
β’ Strong SQL proficiency for querying, data transformations, and performance optimization.
β’ Experience with Databricks or any cloud-based data solutions is a plus.
β’ Expertise in data modeling and designing efficient, scalable BI solutions.
β’ Experience leading or managing at least one person and a project.
