Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (4-Month Contract, Remote in Virginia, DC or Maryland)
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop insights, and present findings that influence key business strategies. Your proficiency in tools such as Power BI, R, and Python will be essential in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence.
Essential Functions:
Evaluate healthcare analytics to generate insights for healthcare solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leads, performing proactive and reactive analyses for key stakeholders, and deriving insights between key metrics and their drivers.
Research and present meaningful reports and analyses for healthcare system entities.
Create effective key performance indicators and balanced scorecards to enhance decision-making.
Build infrastructure supporting analytical rigor and develop models and tools that drive healthcare strategy.
Use business analytics to anticipate future needs of the healthcare organization, leveraging data to address business challenges.
Serve as a resource for junior business intelligence analysts.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and/or database management systems.
