We're looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer to join our UK-based analytics team, where you'll play a key role in driving performance analysis and informing critical decisions in a fast-moving trading environment.

This is more than just crunching numbers—it’s about uncovering meaningful trends, crafting compelling data stories, and helping the business stay ahead of the competition. You’ll be hands-on with analytics, working closely with key stakeholders to enhance reporting tools, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data integrity.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Empowering Self-Serve Analytics – Design and refine self-serve reporting tools in Looker, making data accessible and actionable.
• Managing Data Infrastructure – Oversee structured, scalable data marts that support evolving business needs.
• Optimizing Data Workflows – Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for high-quality analytics and reporting.
• Ensuring Data Accuracy – Proactively investigate inconsistencies and enhance data reliability.
• Collaborating with Key Teams – Partner with trading and analytics teams to align data solutions with business goals.
• Crafting Engaging Visuals – Build intuitive reports and dashboards, primarily using Looker (experience with Tableau is a bonus).

What You Bring:
• Strong Technical Skills – Proven experience in developing analytics tools and managing data infrastructure.
• Expertise in Data Visualization – Advanced Looker skills, with additional Tableau experience welcomed.
• Hands-On Data Engineering Knowledge – Ability to build, refine, and optimize data pipelines.
• Analytical Mindset – A keen eye for detecting data patterns, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.
• Effective Communication – Experience working with stakeholders to deliver impactful self-serve analytics solutions.
