

Salesforce Service/sales Cloud Developer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with expertise in both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet our evolving business needs in both customer service and sales operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions, including configuration, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development, Visualforce pages, flows, process builder, and other automation tools.
• Implement and maintain Service Cloud functionalities such as case management, knowledge base, service console customization, and Omni-Channel.
• Implement and maintain Sales Cloud functionalities such as lead management, opportunity management, account and contact management, quotes, and forecasting.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as other integration tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Develop custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes to support business requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce environment.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and make recommendations for leveraging them to improve our Salesforce platforms.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Manage and deploy changes to various Salesforce environments using CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Salesforce administrators and end-users.
• Contribute to data migration and data management activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including declarative tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques and tools (REST, SOAP APIs, etc.).
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in a Salesforce context.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
