Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Power Platform Developer to join our team on an 8-month remote contract. This role is essential in driving the effective utilization of Dynamics 365 CRM within our organization, aligning with our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Conduct training sessions and produce documentation to ensure a smooth transition and adaptation to system enhancements.
• Develop, deliver, and oversee Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored for our organization.
• Engage with diverse development teams to maximize the use of existing functionalities and shared components.
• Create and customize solution components, including managed and unmanaged solutions, and manage import/export processes.
• Tailor Dynamics 365 CRM forms by customizing views, charts, dashboards, and themes.
• Administer Dynamics CRM entities, focusing on entity properties and ownership.
• Configure field customizations and implement entity relationships with a comprehensive understanding of cascading rules and entity mapping.
• Utilize business rules effectively, ensuring appropriate triggers and configurations are in place.
• Execute workflows and identify the most suitable workflow types for various scenarios.
• Create and enable business process flows that involve conditional branching and role-driven processes across multiple entities.

Required Skills
• Proficient in Dynamics 365 CRM with a solid understanding of solution design and implementation.
• Experience in customizing CRM forms, views, and managing system entities.
• Knowledge of entity relationships and familiarity with business rules.
• Competent in implementing workflows and business process flows.
