Description

Our client is looking to hire an AI Engineer within their Data Analytics enterprise to develop and customize AI solutions to align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. The AI Engineer will work closely with the AI Product Manager to lead the technical aspects of AI projects. This role involves evaluating and implementing AI solutions, customizing vendor-provided features, and leading the development of scaling AI pilots. The ideal candidate will have deep AI knowledge, technical proficiency and the ability to work across diverse portfolios including clinical, clinical research, and administration/operations.

Scaling AI Pilots: Support the transition of AI use cases from pilot phases (3 to 6 months) to full-scale implementation.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across clinical, administrative, operations, and research portfolios to align AI projects with strategic goals.

Required Background

Experience: Proven experience in AI development and implementation, with a strong technical background.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, and familiarity with AI tools and frameworks.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve AI solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Ethical Considerations: Understanding of ethical issues related to AI and commitment to ensuring AI solutions are safe and beneficial.

The pay range for this position is $125.00 - $140.00/hr.
