We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI/ML to join our team on a long-term contract. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Python development, AI/ML solutions, and working within AWS environments. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models, as well as developing robust Python-based solutions to solve complex problems.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AI/ML frameworks, particularly within the AWS ecosystem, and have a solid background in Python programming.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Python-based AI/ML solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Utilize machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Anthropic, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn to build, train, and deploy models.
• Work with AWS services to develop cloud-based AI/ML solutions (e.g., AWS SageMaker, AWS Lambda, etc.).
• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code using Python, and collaborate with teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
• Leverage SQL for database management, querying, and integrating data into the development workflow.
• Optimize and tune models and algorithms to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
• Strong experience with TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Anthropic for building AI/ML models.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• In-depth experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS (e.g., SageMaker, EC2, Lambda).
• Ability to design and optimize Python code for performance and scalability.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and data processing techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and data manipulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Python Polars for efficient data processing.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes in AWS.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
