Apple is seeking a motivated Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Drive end-to-end execution of engineering programs, ensuring timely delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and priorities.Project Planning & Resource Allocation: Manage project timelines, resources, and potential bottlenecks.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth execution.Performance & Process Improvement: Monitor key metrics and enhance internal workflows for efficiency.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for project updates, issues, and alignment.Technical Proficiency: Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, ensuring functional validation.Quality Assurance & Post-Launch Monitoring: Ensure high-quality deliverables and track performance post-deployment.
Qualifications:5+ years of experience in program/project management within BI, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Software Engineering.Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Business Objects), query engines (Snowflake, Trino), and Python (preferred).Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in hardware/software development, product lifecycle management, and version control.Ability to drive strategic decisions through data analysis.
