Position Overview

We are looking for a Process and Task Mining Analyst with preferable experience in Skan.AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process discovery, automation, and data analytics, leveraging Skan.AI to extract, analyze, and optimize business processes. This role requires technical proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Utilize Skan.AI to capture and analyze process data, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Perform process discovery, task mining, and workflow analysis to provide data-driven insights.
• Develop and configure Skan.AI solutions for process monitoring, visualization, and optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map out as-is and to-be processes.
• Integrate process mining insights with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Interpret and present analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Work with IT and business teams to implement process optimization recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in process mining, task mining, and intelligent automation.
• Documentation: Document RPA process details and maintain thorough documentation.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to Business Users

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as an RPA Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding and hands-on expeirnece of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data processing, visualization, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of process automation technologies, RPA, and AI-driven workflow optimization.
• Understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
