6+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Experience in the health and human services industry, understanding of HIPAA and related compliance Strong experience with SQL Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, & PowerBI Experience with Azure DevOps

Job Description:

An employer is seeking a Power Platform Developer/Scrum Master to join their team. This is primarily a remote position, but this person should be able to travel to Hartford, CT as needed. This position is open because there is a state agency in need of additional support as they migrate to a new case management platform. All applications previously developed for this agency have been built in-house, and they are launching their first instance of Power Platform in the coming months to modernize their platforms. About 75% of this resource's time will be spent on Power Platform development and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications using the MS Power Platform suite including Power apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, PowerBI integrations, and SQL to automate workflows and upgrade and create custom applications. The remaining 25% of this resource's time will be spent acting as a Scrum Master, and they will act as the facilitator for Agile development leading daily stand-up meetings, coaching the team on scrum principles, and facilitating progress and communication in an agile and scrum fashion to lead the project forward. They will need to utilize Azure DevOps and be able to run the development efforts in a sprint format. This person should have exemplary communication skills and high attention to detail.
