REPORTING TO: HEAD OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
TYPE OF CONTRACT: 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

THE ROLE
This role is to predominantly develop and support our bespoke / in-house tools, applications and integrations.
What You’ll Do
• Developing new applications and supporting existing applications developed using Microsoft Power Platform
• Supporting and troubleshooting data integrations developed using Boomi
• Debugging applications as required
• Creation of accurate documentation detailing code used in current or applications.
• Evaluation of existing applications and review ways to enhance these applications, making necessary modifications or upgrades to existing applications as needed.
• Work closely with software developers, testers and other project personnel to maintain applications.
• Technical support regarding any operational or coding issues.
• Opportunity to cross train and develop application development skills in multiple skillsets
About You
Demonstrable experience in the following technical skillsets:
Microsoft Power Platform - including:
• Model-Driven Application Development (Advanced)
• Canvas Application Development (Advanced)
• Power Automate (Advanced)
• Power Pages (Intermediate)
• JavaScript (Advanced)
• Dataverse (Intermediate)
• A willingness to learn, or demonstrable experience of Boomi
Other
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills required: Ability to identify and analyze network quality and operational processes and then drive corrective / preventative action plans.
• Highly self-motivated and directed with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Sharp attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to learn new application development skills
