Role DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design and develop business intelligence solutions, create dashboards, and generate reports to help drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and SQL, along with a deep understanding of data visualization and business analytics.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Connect and integrate various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs.
Perform data modeling and create efficient DAX queries for insightful analytics.
Optimize data retrieval and dashboard performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within Power BI solutions.
Automate data refreshes and implement row-level security (RLS) for data governance.
Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2-5 years of experience working with Power BI or similar BI tools.
Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M language).
Experience in data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and database management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Azure, Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft BI stack components is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure Synapse, Client, or other cloud data platforms.
Understanding of machine learning, AI-driven analytics, or predictive modeling.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for BI development.
