Job-Type: Contract (3 months with high chance to extend)

Position Overview:

Gravity is looking for a a highly skilled Power BI & Azure DevOps Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and maintain executive-level dashboards that provide actionable insights into value streams, product financials, and team efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both Power BI and Azure DevOps, with the ability to manipulate historical data into Power BI for visualization and reporting. Additionally, this role requires strong presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail to deliver insights effectively to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for the Executive Management Team (EMT) to monitor value stream and product financials.
• Design dashboards to track Value Stream and Product Delivery, releases, Program Increments, and team efficiency.
• Implement dashboards for Value Stream and Product OKRs, as well as project delivery efficiency and progress.
• Ensure seamless integration of data from ServiceNow and Azure DevOps into Power BI.
• Utilize OData with Azure DevOps to enhance data integration and reporting capabilities.
• Perform advanced calculations and data transformations to support executive steering committee reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support Agile delivery practices and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) through effective data visualization and reporting.
• Ensure dashboards are designed with a close eye for detail and an intuitive user interface suitable for a senior executive audience.
• Participate in feedback sessions with senior executives and Agile Coaches to refine data visualization requirements.
• Maximize the use of built-in capabilities from Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI without requiring additional data repositories or infrastructure.

Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in developing Power BI dashboards with data from ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in data integration, data flows, and complex calculations within Power BI.
• Experience using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse to manipulate and store data from Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ability to create executive-level dashboards and reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with senior leadership.
• Experience in financial analysis and tracking delivery metrics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using OData with Azure DevOps for data integration and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience in user interface design tailored for senior executives.
• Ability to leverage built-in capabilities of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI without requiring additional infrastructure.
