Oracle MDM Analyst
A large global manufacturing company is currently upgrading from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud, including Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing (MFG), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and Master Data Management (MDM). We are seeking a strong Oracle MDM Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle's MDM package to support this
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement and optimize Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Analyze existing MDM processes within EBS and define strategies for migration and integration with Oracle Cloud MDM.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and standardization across various enterprise applications, including Finance, SCM, MFG, and OTM.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and maintain master data models, hierarchies, and attributes.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts during the transition from EBS to Oracle Cloud.
• Configure and troubleshoot Oracle MDM applications, ensuring seamless data synchronization and quality.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data governance and compliance, helping establish policies for long-term data management.
• Assist in testing, training, and documentation to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as an MDM Analyst with expertise in Oracle MDM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and data migration strategies.
• Experience working with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud MDM in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration methodologies.
• Familiarity with SCM, Finance, MFG, and OTM modules in Oracle Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and migrations.
• Understanding of MDM best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
