Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) Architect with strong Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities to design, implement, and optimize Oracle EBS solutions while integrating BI tools for advanced reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EBS modules, database architecture, and BI tools such as Oracle BI (OBIEE, OTBI), Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Architecture & Implementation
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EBS modules (Finance, SCM, HRMS, etc.).
• Define and implement best practices for Oracle EBS architecture, integrations, and customizations.
• Work with functional and technical teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Provide leadership in migration, upgrades, and patch management for Oracle EBS.
• Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration workflows, and system blueprints.

Business Intelligence & Analytics
• Design and implement BI solutions for Oracle EBS using OBIEE, OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Develop and optimize complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Integrate BI tools with Oracle EBS to ensure seamless data extraction and visualization.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and security across BI solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs.

Integration & Performance Optimization
• Lead integration efforts between Oracle EBS and third-party applications, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.
• Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and database performance tuning for Oracle EBS.
• Implement ETL processes for data extraction and transformation between Oracle EBS and BI tools.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to technical teams and junior architects.
• Work closely with project managers and analysts to align Oracle EBS solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow Builder.
• Experience with BI tools such as Oracle BI (OBIEE, OTBI, BI Publisher), Power BI, or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud integrations, APIs, Web Services, and SOA.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Performance tuning experience for Oracle databases and BI reports.

• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS R12 Certified Expert, Oracle BI certifications).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Cloud BI tools, and AI-driven analytics.
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance in BI solutions.
