Role description

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an OpEx Digital Specialist to join their team. As an OpEx Digital Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

6-9 month contract, potential conversion

Remote, must be comfortable with travel to McPherson, KS

$40/hour

What's the Job?

   • Gain a deep understanding of electronic systems and the data held within them, ensuring proper integration and optimization.

   • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support informed decision-making and performance improvement.

   • Pull, integrate, and analyze data from various systems to enable accurate and timely reporting.

   • Automate routine reporting and data collection processes to enhance productivity.

   • Design and develop data visualizations using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel to provide actionable insights.

What's Needed?

   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Operations Management, with at least 2 years of experience; OR a Master's degree; OR an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of relevant experience.

   • Strong knowledge of SQL and other programming languages to manipulate and extract data.

   • Experience with ERP systems and data integration.

   • Expertise in data visualization software such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel.

   • Background in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
