

Observability (DevOps) Specialist
Axiologik is looking for an experienced Observability Specialist (DevOps) to join them as they with a well renowned and multinational client. There is some fantastic work being done, so if you enjoy adding value and seeing your labour come to fruition, read on and apply below!
You will be a DevOps evangelist with a passion for all thing Observability, promoting ways of working and defining processes and policies. We are looking for someone who can coach and upskill internal teams, embedding best practices across the organisation.
You will have an operations background; delivering, running and supporting applications. This is a standalone role where you will be working alongside our Axiologik team members as well as the client.

• £600DR
• Outside IR35
• Start date: March (2 weeks to onboard)
• Initial 8 week contract
• Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Solihull (close by train station and parking)

• Working knowledge of Dynatrace
• Elastic Stack
• Kubernetes
• Gitlab
Deliverables will be:
• Observability - implement a comprehensive solution that utilises existing monitoring, logging and tracing tooling to provide a robust operational support capability.
• Education and training plan - create and execute coaching and development sessions for internal teams covering development, delivery and support roles. You will contribute to team training plans.
• Contribute to a standardised Target Operating Model - work with senior leaders to define and deliver ways of working and frictionless interactions between tribes, squads and other entities.
This is a one stage interview process (not including screening call with Talent team) over Teams.
