Your RoleAs an ML Engineer at SynchrotronAI, you will be at the forefront of innovation, developing frontier AI models that redefine the limits of machine intelligence. Your expertise in machine learning and deep technical know-how will be pivotal in creating systems that not only learn and adapt but also drive the evolution of AGI. This role offers you the opportunity to blend creativity with technical excellence, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Key Responsibilities:

Design & Develop AI Models: Architect, implement, and refine machine learning models that power our AGI systems, leveraging state-of-the-art algorithms and methodologies.
Innovate & Experiment: Drive innovation by exploring novel ML techniques and model architectures. Experiment with emerging ideas to solve complex problems and enhance model performance.
Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, validation, and deployment—ensuring efficiency and reliability across production environments.
Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research scientists and software engineers, to seamlessly integrate ML models into robust AGI frameworks.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate, fine-tune, and iterate on deployed models to ensure they remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with our evolving research objectives.
Research & Development Support: Contribute to the development of innovative datasets and frameworks that empower our AGI systems to autonomously learn, reason, and evolve.
