Job Details

JOB TITLE: Master Data Management Analyst

CONTRACT DURATION: 104 weeks

SHIFT: 8am-5pm CST

WEEKEND REQUIREMENT: No

LOCATION: Fully Remote

ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 3-5 weeks from offer acceptance to start date.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Master Data Management Analyst will focus on analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, data integrity, and inventory requirements. This role supports strategic initiatives and collaborates with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and value across the Supply Chain.
• Master Data Management Analyst Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and maintain ERP master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support supply chain technology initiatives, including automation and AI projects.
• Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
• Assist in reporting supply chain savings and financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams, IT, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Cycle for data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and controls.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support supply chain operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain with ERP and Procure-to-Pay exposure.
• Master s degree in business, supply chain, or a healthcare-related field (Preferred)
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly with ERP and Procure-to-Pay functions.
• Strong background with Lawson for ERP management in healthcare supply chain (Preferred)
• Experience in a collaborative role within a team environment (Preferred)
• Experience with Workday for healthcare supply chain (Preferred)
• Skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with project management processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of digital supply chain technologies.

Application Requirements (due at time of phone screen with recruiter):
• Resume with last seven years of work history if applicable - all work history gaps of 90+ days must be explained.
• Copy of diploma for highest level of completed education.
• Two manager/supervisor references who you have worked with in the last two years.
• Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract.
• Interview availability for the next 7-10 days.
• Documentation of Covid vaccination or medical/religious exemption.
