Manager of Experience Analytics and BI Reports
The Manager of Experience Analytics and BI Reports works within the Consumer Insights and Patient Analytics team to deliver reporting and dashboard solutions that meet the organization’s needs. This developer role must bring collaborative skills and have excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and time management skills. Patient Experience data experience (NRC, Qualtrics, etc.) is required. This position will be managing two other resources.
The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility, and adaptability to handle multiple priorities and successfully collaborate with internal customers, development teams, and technology.
This role is 100% remote, will require some light travel (10-15%). Salary range is 140-150K. This is also contract to hire. No C2C. No 3rd Party Vendors. W2 only!
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow and enhance BI standards and best practices across the team. Collaborate and mentor team members on methodology, design, and architecture.
• Ensure optimal end-user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessment processes and associated action plans.
• Operates with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Ability to work on multiple projects at once. Proven capacity to provide estimates to support timelines and deliverables.
• Provide consultation on complex projects and act as a top-level contributor.
• Ability to solve real-world business problems by designing and building queries and applying data mining algorithms, writing queries, and designing reports using various toolsets.
• Must be very organized and experience in Project Management and have a project management mentality. Own the project – managing established reports and be responsible for the dashboard.
• Also some custom projects, ensure that the dashboards are fit and updated (weekly)
• Will be responsible for intake management – gathering business requirement gathering (not to be delegated)
Required Minimum Experience:
• 3 + years’ experience managing/analyzing data/metrics teams (needs prior people managment skills, hiring/firing)
• Strong SQL skills and experinece with performance tuning
• 2-3 years of BI development, testing, and change management
• 3+ years of healthcare, patient experience, or application management is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with data management tools such as Snowflake, NRC, Qualtrics, etc.
• Ability to leverage critical thinking in all work product design and delivery aspects.
• Practical knowledge of project management concepts and methodology.
Required Minimum Education:
BS or BA Degree required—graduate degree in health informatics, marketing, data management, business operations, or healthcare a plus.
